Meet Kacey, our Front Desk Concierge and the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. From the moment you arrive, Kacey is dedicated to making every guest feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed.

Describing herself as empathetic, loyal, and dependable, she believes that true hospitality starts with listening, not simply waiting for your turn to speak, but truly hearing and understanding what someone has to say. She loves building meaningful connections with our guests and believes that when people feel comfortable and cared for, they’re excited to return again and again.

One of Kacey’s favorite parts of her role is helping create the warm, inviting atmosphere that Hair It Is is known for. She credits the incredible team around her, sharing that every member of our salon genuinely wants guests to leave happy and confident, and that kindness toward both guests and coworkers is what makes the experience so special.

Outside of the salon, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family and has always loved getting creative through crafting. Her love of creativity began as a child making scrapbooks and completing puzzles with her grandmother, memories that still inspire her today.
