At Hair It Is, we deeply value our stylists time and dedication. Each time reserved is an important part of their livelihood. Out of respect for their time and commitment, we kindly ask that any cancellations or reservation changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

This notice allows us the opportunity to offer that specific time to another guest who may be waiting. Last-minute cancellations directly impact our stylists' schedules and income, and we appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a respectful and professional environment for both our team and our guests.

1. MEMBERSHIP BILLING & PAYMENT

MEMBERSHIPS ARE BILLED ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND PAYMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE. RENEWALS OCCUR ON THE SAME CALENDAR DATE EACH MONTH, DETERMINED BY YOUR ORIGINAL ENROLLMENT DATE. ALL MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRE CARD PAYMENT.

DECLINED PAYMENTS: IF A PAYMENT IS DECLINED, MEMBERSHIP ACCESS WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS SETTLED. MEMBERS HAVE 72 HOURS TO UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS. ANY FEES RESULTING FROM DECLINED PAYMENTS ARE THE MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITY; HAIR IT IS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR SUCH CHARGES.

2. MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT

THERE IS NO MINIMUM DURATION OF COMMITMENT. MEMBERSHIPS WILL CONTINUE ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS UNTIL CANCELLATION IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.

3. MEMBERSHIP USAGE

SERVICES INCLUDED WITH MEMBERSHIP MUST BE UTILIZED WITHIN THE ACTIVE BILLING CYCLE AND DO NOT ROLL OVER. UNUSED SERVICES AT THE END OF THE BILLING PERIOD ARE FORFEITED. MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE SHARED.

4. RESERVATIONS & WALK-INS

RESERVATIONS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WALK-INS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED BASED ON AVAILABILITY, BUT SERVICE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED WITHOUT A PRIOR RESERVATION.

5. NO-SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

MISSED RESERVATION AND LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL COUNT AS ONE USED MEMBERSHIP CREDIT, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES.

6. STYLIST LEVELS & UPGRADES

MEMBERSHIPS CORRESPOND TO THE STYLIST LEVEL SELECTED AT ENROLLMENT. MEMBERS MAY SCHEDULE SERVICES WITH A HIGHER-LEVEL STYLIST AT ANY TIME, SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE PER-VISIT UPGRADE FEE. BOOKING WITH A LOWER-LEVEL STYLIST THAN YOUR MEMBERSHIP, ENTITLES YOU TO SERVICE AT EQUAL VALUE; NO ADJUSTMENTS OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

7. MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

MEMBERSHIPS MAY BE FROZEN FOR A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS AND A MAXIMUM OF 60 DAYS, WITH A LIMIT OF THREE FREEZES PER CALENDAR YEAR. REQUESTS FOR A FREEZE MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ADVANCE AND ARE SUBJECT TO MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.

8. CANCELLATIONS

TO CANCEL, MEMBERS MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS’ NOTICE PRIOR TO THE NEXT RENEWAL DATE. CANCELLATIONS SUBMITTED WITH LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS NOTICE WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE IN THE FOLLOWING BILLING CYCLE.

9. REFUND POLICY

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS, INCLUDING THOSE FOR UNUSED SERVICES, ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

10. MEMBERSHIP MISUSE

REPEATED CANCELLATIONS, FREQUENT NO-SHOWS, OR MISUSE OF BENEFITS MAY RESULT IN A WARNING, TEMPORARY SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP. MANAGEMENT RETAINS DISCRETION IN DETERMINING MISUSE, CONSIDERING INDIVIDUAL CASES.

11. PRICING & PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

HAIR IT IS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE MEMBERSHIP PRICING WITH A MINIMUM OF THIRTY (30) DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE.

THE SALON ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS, PROVIDING APPROPRIATE NOTICE.

12. DATA POLICY

HAIR IT IS COLLECTS AND USES MEMBER INFORMATION SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MANAGING 

MEMBERSHIPS, PROCESSING PAYMENTS, SCHEDULING SERVICES, AND COMMUNICATING IMPORTANT 

UPDATES RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. INFORMATION COLLECTED MAY INCLUDE YOUR NAME, CONTACT 

DETAILS, APPOINTMENT HISTORY, MEMBERSHIP ACTIVITY, AND LIMITED PAYMENT INFORMATION. ALL 

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED SECURELY THROUGH THIRD‑PARTY PROVIDERS; HAIR IT IS DOES NOT STORE 

FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. YOUR INFORMATION IS NEVER SOLD. DATA IS STORED SECURELY 

AND RETAINED ONLY AS LONG AS NECESSARY FOR MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT, 

LEGAL COMPLIANCE, OR OPERATIONAL PURPOSES.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY ENROLLING, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE 

TO ABIDE BY THESE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS.
